[MC-287] Netherrack Can't be placed into Item Frames

After upgrading my server to 1.4.2 pre from 1.3 I noticed I was unable to put Netherrack into one of the Item Frames
I've only tested this on a server.

have you tried to remove the item frame and reset your .bin folder?

You can put it into frames, it works fine for me.

Seems to work fine, though I didn't test against a server as such.

Wow now it works for me too and when I logged back in I didnt have the netherrack In my inventory so maybe it glitched as though I never got it out of the chest Even though I relogged once trying to fix it
