[MC-29349] Retracting piston deletes ANY block in the place the head should be.

When you have a piston head disappeared (MC-6781), the retracting piston base deletes any block in front of it, even bedrock.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
