Obfuscated text in Pirate Speak and Foreign Languges isn't obfuscated when required

If text formatted to be obfuscated is viewed in multiplayer or singleplayer, it
turns out weird.
eg- if on a sign was "&kHELLO", the text would simply be "HELLO", the underline and crossout are also dodgy in Pirate Speak and other Foreign Languages

Are you referring to §k instead of &k?

I can confirm §k, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean about §m and §n.

For the first comment, "yes".

For the second,
If the text is in a language that causes the text to be thin, the crossout and underline lines are still normal thickness and don't look centered.(Thin text, Thick lines)

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w30c? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Forward resolving this to MC-71428 because more complete.
