this affects all gamemodes, but when you are looking at water and trigger a particle effect, it changes to the color of the water according to my picture.
i believe this is a translucency issue, because it doesn't work with lava, but it works with ice.

oh yeah works with other particles too. As far as i know it works with all particles.
