Confirmed bug with Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 x64; Java 64-bit 1.7.0_25 for 13w36a snapshot. Also confirmed you can take a screenshot (F2) while in your inventory while using 1.6.2

This has not been fixed in 13w36b. I can take screenshots, unless I'm in a GUI such as the inventory or a command block. Can this please be re-opened?

Confirmed for 13w37a and 13w37b. I find it strange that a bug like this can go unnoticed by Mojang, even after a "fix". Is it possible that this bug is platform-specific or something?

I think this bug relates to key changing ability. And note that in 1.6.2 or earlier you couldn't use F1, F3 and F5 while in GUI but F2 was accessable in any situation.

Of course. You can take screenshots in GUIs and chat in 1.6.4 and earlier. Also, Dinnerbone tried fixing it, and acknowledged it as a bug on Twitter.
