[MC-29488] Poppy's in flower pots

When you try and place a poppy in a flower pot you have to place another block before it appears to be there. Thanks

I will confirm that Poppy flowers do not appear in pots

Resolving as a duplicate of MC-29505 in favor of the better description.

First I thought mojang has removed the ability to put mushrooms in pots, but now i know its just a bug xD
