The menace and home capes have redundant pixels on their elytra textures which is inconsistent with other cape elytra textures

The Bug:

The menace and home capes have redundant pixels on their elytra textures which is inconsistent with other cape elytra textures.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip either the menace or the home cape.

2. Equip an elytra and look towards the underside of the cape.

Observed Behavior:

Redundant pixels are present on the elytra textures.

Expected Behavior:

Redundant pixels would not be present on the elytra textures.
