The Bug:

The common cape has missing and redundant pixels on its elytra texture, which is inconsistent with other cape elytra textures.

This issue causes MC-297549. See the attachment provided below for a visual understanding of the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip either the common cape.

2. Equip an elytra and look towards the underside of the cape.

Observed Behavior:

There are missing and redundant pixels on the cape elytra textures.

Expected Behavior:

There would be no missing or redundant pixels on the cape elytra textures.
