Note: Due this is a sound issue, I had to record a video of my screen to capture the audio, the which I consider an error in my opinion
From the main menu, when clicking on the "Accessibility Settings" option (the little white man icon), the click is heard twice, when in reality I only clicked once. Apparently, this sound is repeated twice because after clicking on "Accessibility Settings," the mouse is over the "FOV Effects" option, which you can see is set to 100%, meaning it's an option I didn't actually touch. This is why, in the first example, you can see how I intentionally interacted with that option multiple times to show the sound of YES interacting with the option
Later in the video, if I return to the main menu and click on the "Accessibility Settings" option again, but this time I position the mouse pointer slightly higher before clicking, so that the mouse is not over the "FOV Effects" option, the sound is not heard twice, only once

Duplicate of MC-278164 which was fixed in 25w02a.
This same issue happens with the following two options, which I also show in video: "Music & Sounds" and "Chat Settings". I should note that I've been experimenting a bit with other options, but I haven't encountered any problems other than the ones mentioned above. At least not in a forced way
