Lightning rods moved by pistons while being struck by lightning stop redirecting lightning

If a lightning rod is moved by a piston while it’s being struck by lightning (while its powered state is true), it will no longer redirect lightning. This is only corrected by either breaking and replacing the lightning rod or moving it again by piston.

To reproduce:

1. Build a redstone contraption to move a lightning rod as soon as it’s struck by lightning (example attached).

2. Start a thunderstorm (/weather thunder 1000000).

3. Wait for the lightning rod to be struck by lightning and moved.

4. Observe that it is not struck anymore once moved.
