[MC-296031] Text keeps glitching and the game continues too freeze and i'm forced to close it

Whenever I play in 1.21.5, my text starts to have this glitchy effect and along with that my game freeze’s often! I cannot figure out the issue.

Hi, I am Jacek.
I had this same issue and in my case. It was coused by modification. Make sure that you are not using mods and texturepacks. If after disable all resourcepacks and mods it will disappear only what u have to do will be find that mod/resourcepack that couse that problem and just delete/update that mod/txt.

Did you try close and open minecraft?

I am having the same issue. I believe it is Intel related
