[MC-296116] Explosions don't merge drops from entites

The block drops in explosion will always merge into some stacked items, but the loot from entites will not. This is some kind of inconsistency with the explosion.

I cannot find the edit button, so I append steps to reproduce here:

Steps to reproduce:

Ignite a TNT to destory some blocks
Observed that block drops have merged together, the number of item entites is usually 1 or 2
Ignite a TNT to blow up some monsters
Observed that entity loots are scattered everywhere

Expected behaviour:

Both of the drops are merged or scattered.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
