When a custom saddle is applied, it shows the saddle, but the regular saddle item does not display the saddle on the entity
To reproduce:
Summon a donkey or mule with a spawn egg
Tame and open the inventory
Add a saddle to the slot
Observe the saddle does not display
(I don’t know if it works for pig or strider as i can’t apply a saddle to them, will make a separate bug report for that.)

I partially redact this as i didn’t realize i was using a custom item instead of a vanilla saddle. However it still doesn’t work when the asset_id is “minecraft:saddle”, actually idk what is causing the issue now.
