Some items won't pick up even when there is sufficient space in inventory

This does not affect 1.21.5 as far as I’m aware, but only affects version 24w15craftmine. The bug tracker did not let me choose the correct snapshot as an option.

It wouldn’t let me pick up this mine traveling block item entity, despite the fact my inventory is empty. This means that that mine/level I did I cannot revisit later since it won’t let me pick it up. It’s also happened in some of the mines/levels I’ve been in, where it wouldn’t let me pick up items sometimes even when item slots were free. I tried picking up the item entity for the 5 minutes before it despawned. I tried taking screenshots: the first one said it saved, but never showed up in my files. The second one actually saved, but had the unfortunate timing of being <1 second after the item despawned. This is really bad. I was in range to pick it up the entire time but it wouldn’t let me, despite letting me pick up other items of that kind in that same environment earlier and later.
