Can't remove tooltip from disc fragment

With the replacement of hide_additional_tooltip as tooltip_display, the functionality of removing the “Music Disc - 5” tooltip is no longer possible.

I’ve included a loot table to create an item that as all tooltip components hidden to help reproduce this issues.
