Lost access to my purchased Minecraft Java Edition

Hello,

I purchased Minecraft Java Edition a few years ago, and I had migrated my Mojang account to a Microsoft account as required. I am currently logged into the correct Microsoft account (KaosuHa), but the launcher is telling me to purchase the game again, as if I don't own it.

I am certain this is the account I used to buy the game. Please help me recover access to my Minecraft Java Edition license.

I can provide any proof of purchase if needed.

Thank you in advance.

I want to report that I'm also having this problem

Yesterday everything was fine. I was able to play Java Edition without any issues. But as of today, when I tried to play Java Edition, the launcher now detects that I don't have the Java version, when in fact, I do have it. I also have the Bedrock version, since I bought both in the "Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC” package

  • Image 1: I have purchased Java Edition, but I can't access it because, according to the launcher, I must buy it

  • Image 2: The only version I can play is Bedrock Edition, but I'm also experiencing some of the errors shown below (images 3 and 4)

  • Image 3: I can't access the skin menur; they keep loading indefinitely, and none of the options on the left side work

  • Image 4: In Bedrock Edition, I also can't access the Marketplace. I'm getting error D-0010, which, after investigating, is related to an internet outage. However, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, so I don't understand why I'm getting these errors

  • Image 5: I also have an error when I log in with my Microsoft account to the official Minecraft page, where I mark in red a message that says that for a reason which is not explained to me, the minecoins balance cannot be loaded

Update: In my case, the problem has already been fixed

Since I submitted the report related to the main topic of this report a few hours ago, I've been waiting to see if anyone could share a solution or something. In the meantime, out of curiosity, I tried opening the launcher again, and it turns out everything is now fixed

I must say that before submitting the report, I independently investigated possible solutions such as deleting cache files, configuring settings, or even completely reinstalling both the launcher and the games. But when I saw that there was no solution, that's when I decided to submit the report

The launcher returned to its default state, where I had to put some options to their previous state, and the same thing happened with the Java Edition: not only did I have to configure it, but my survival world I had was also deleted, although it was just a world that was just starting, so I'm fine with that. With this last point, I just want to say that the solution was a matter of waiting, either due to technical issues that required time to return to normal or due to actions such as reinstalling the launcher. I just hope this experience has been of some use in determining whether it was a real error
