The ability to stand on top of happy ghasts which have a larger scale attribute becomes unreliable or even impossible

The ability to stand on top of a happy ghast as if it was a platform or block becomes more and more unreliable (or even impossible) the higher of a scale attribute you give it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a happy ghast

2. Double the its scale attribute (2)
   -> Observe that it is still fairly reliable to stand on top of it

3. Further increase the scale attribute (4-5)
   -> Observe that it is much harder or even impossible to stand on top of it
