Equipping a Happy Ghast with a harness of any type causes the Happy Ghast to shrink. This is unexpected, as the layer for the harness should be an inflated layer on top of the Happy Ghast, rather than what happens currently which is shrinking the Happy Ghast and then rendering the harness where the Happy Ghast was.
