Using /data remove to remove the Offers.Recipes data on wandering traders does not save properly

To reproduce:

1. /summon wandering_trader ~ ~ ~
2. /data remove entity @n[type=minecraft:wandering_trader] Offers.Recipes
3. Click the wandering trader. See it has no offers.
4. Close and reopen the game.
5. Click the wandering trader again. See that the trades have reappeared and the empty Offers.Recipes field has not been saved.
