Make a sculk sensor clock that sends a vibration in a loop, and hook it up to a command block that announces what tick itβs on. Quit and reopen the game, and the clock will jump to an arbitrary other tick.

@Isaac King Your description is not clear enough. What does your sculk sensors setup look like exactly? What is the exact command you are using?
