Vibrations teleport on world reload

Make a sculk sensor clock that sends a vibration in a loop, and hook it up to a command block that announces what tick it’s on. Quit and reopen the game, and the clock will jump to an arbitrary other tick.

@Isaac King Your description is not clear enough. What does your sculk sensors setup look like exactly? What is the exact command you are using?
This bug report is not in a state that it could be passed to Mojang.

Please provide proper reproduction steps and all relevant information, such as screenshots, etc.
