The harness items are in the incorrect tabs in the recipe book. They appear both in the misc and building blocks tabs instead of the equipment tab like other similar items
Reproduce
Unlock the harness recipe
Go to the building block or misc tab in the recipe book
Locate the harness
Observed Result
They appeared in both tabs
Expected Result
They would appear in the equipment tab

@[MCQA] v-wiktoriab From my understanding there are no 'add-ons' which can be applied on Java Edition (unless you are referring to data packs or mods?), and resource packs cannot modify recipes and what groups they are in.
I can confirm and reliably reproduce this issue in 25w17a.
