The gamerule /gamerule NaturalRegeneration false only work in the overworld and not in others dimensions. Do you guys know why?

Were you using third-party software (such as mods or Spigot/Paper)?

Issues should only be reported if they can be reproduced in a vanilla environment.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

I found the solution! You need to do the command in others dimensions too. For example if you want the gamerule to be false in the nether, go in the nether write /gamerule NaturalRegeneration false and it’ll we be false in the nether only. If you want to add others dimensions go in them!
