Mobs attached to happy ghasts in a quad leash connection play their walking animations while moving through the air.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a happy ghast and a sniffer.

2. Attach a lead to the sniffer and then sneak click on the happy ghast.

3. Watch the sniffer closely as it moves through the air.

Observed Behavior:

Mobs play their walking animations while moving through the air.

Expected Behavior:

Mobs would not play their walking animations while moving through the air.
