The special 4 leash combination is how a big mob like a horse or sniffer is attached to a happy ghast. This report is saying that big mobs (mobs that can be leashed but not put in a boat) don’t have the four leash combination like the horses, sniffer and boat as seen in the image with the Zoglin.
