Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)?

Does your mac use M1 chip?
Were you able to boot the Launcher at least once?

Can you please look inside System>Display and add screenshot of scaling and display resolution.
Please also see Accessibility > text size and revert to the smallest option.
Also try this method:
Please make sure that your Launcher is closed.
Go to .minecraft and delete webcache2 folder.
The Launcher should not be storing the zoom state at all, but if this is the case then it might be stored in webcache2 folder.
Please note that this does not affect game functionality in any way.
Please also try installing Legacy Launcher from https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download
