Launcher encounters unexpected issue then closes off

When launching on Fedora 43, it won’t launch past the screen posted in the attachement.

Here is the stacktrace when launched via the command:

I am encountering the same issue also using Fedora 43. My console captures more details saying

The SSL errors showed up right before the error message showed and kept showing up if I tried to click the “Try Again” button.

Arch user here same problem, for me it is either Forge or Optifine, if I start a default install I have no problem. it is only anoying that i have to resart every time it happend wile during

*testing. oh an if you kill the Minecraft Launcher Prozess you don’t neet to restart

We're actually already tracking this issue at [MCL-24881] The launcher does not open on Linux - Jira Service Management, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate. 
I suggest also to browse through the main issue for potential fixes.
