The Bug:
Happy ghasts don’t regenerate their health faster while inside water.
When happy ghasts are exposed to rain, they regenerate health faster, which is an intended feature. This makes sense because happy ghasts like water, and since rain is water, they regenerate their health faster. However, when happy ghasts are inside water, they don’t regenerate their health faster, therefore introducing an inconsistency.
It’s important to note that endermen, striders, and blazes all take damage when in contact with water and when exposed to the rain, so for happy ghasts to regenerate faster in the rain, but not when touching water, is strange and inconsistent.
Steps to Reproduce:
Summon a happy ghast and damage it a bit.
Attach a harness onto it and ride the happy ghast into some water.
Observe the regeneration of the happy ghast while it’s in water.
Observed Behavior:
Happy ghasts don’t regenerate their health faster while inside water.
Expected Behavior:
Happy ghasts would regenerate their health faster while inside water.
