Lead is attached incorrectly when leashing a happy ghast

The bug

When leashing a happy ghast, the lead is attached incorrectly onto the happy ghast’s face.

How to reproduce

1. Summon a happy ghast.

2. Leash it and attach it to a fence (optional).

3. Notice how the cord is attached to it.

Expected result

The leash would be attached on the happy ghast’s “neck”, or well, at the bottom of its body like other mobs.

Observed result

The leash is attached to the happy ghast’s face.
