The Bug:

The titles of lists within the resource pack and data pack menus are rendered behind the background.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the resource packs menu.

2. Look at the color of the “Available” and “Selected” text that’s underlined.

3. Repeat the above steps in 1.21.5 and observe how the text used to be white.

Observed Behavior:

The titles of lists are rendered behind the background, causing the text to appear gray.

Expected Behavior:

The titles of lists would be rendered in front of the background.
