Crash in snapshot 25w16a - BufferOverflowException in Std140Builder during overlay rendering

In snapshot 25w16a, the game crashes after I run the game.

Crash: java.nio.BufferOverflowException
Cause: com.mojang.blaze3d.buffers.Std140Builder.putFloat

It seems related to the overlay rendering system. No mods or shaders. Other versions (including stable and earlier snapshots) work fine.

Java version: 21.0.3 (Microsoft)
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 370 (driver 22.6.1)
OS: Windows 10
