Frame Rate dropped when I switched to version 1.21.5

When I login to my survival world the frame rate drops into the twenty’s; especially when in my storage room. 1.21.4 did not have this issue. I am running Fabric with continuity and particle blockers. I have nearly all my particles off and still have less frame rate than 1.21.4
