Skeletons do not always commit to their shot when aiming at a partially-obstructed target at close range

In the situation shown in the attached videos, the skeletons will sometimes cease drawing their bow despite maintaining aggro and having an easy shot at the target. To the player, it appears as if the arrow disappeared the moment it left their bow.

Relatedly, the skeletons do not seem to realize that getting as close as they can to the target will allow them their best view of the target, and will back away enough to block their line of sight but not enough to escape the sight of the player they are fighting, although this is likely not fixable without a broad overhaul of their AI.

Note that the first video demonstrates the issue(s) more clearly but does not seem to be loading on Mojira, so you’ll have to download it.
