The Bug:

Command suggestions are rendered behind chat.

Steps to Reproduce:

Type some things in chat.
Paste the following characters into chat.

/time set 
```
Observe where the command suggestions and the chat intersect.

Observed Behavior:

Command suggestions are rendered behind chat.

Expected Behavior:

Command suggestions would be rendered in front of chat.

Can confirm. I’ve also found that you can have command suggestions render behind chat even with other command suggestions from the same list rendering correctly, as shown here below:
