Hello, I’m having an issue with Minecraft Java Edition. My Microsoft account has the correct date of birth (2005) and I have been removed from the Microsoft Family group, but I still receive the message:
“Multiplayer mode is disabled. Please check your Microsoft account settings.”
I’ve already tried:
Verifying date of birth on my Microsoft profile
Confirming I’m not in any family group
Trying to access https://account.xbox.com/settings
Reinstalling Minecraft
I still can’t join any multiplayer servers. Can you please help me unlock multiplayer access?
