Cloud distance slider is not grouped together with the clouds switch button in the video settings menu

The bug

The cloud distance slider is located at the bottom of video settings menu instead of being grouped together with clouds switch button.

How to reproduce

1. Open the game.

2. Navigate to the video settings menu.

3. Notice the location of the cloud distance setting.

Expected result

The cloud distance slider would appear below the clouds button.

Observed result

The slider is located at the bottom of the menu.
