when adding text to a sign it wont show up
steps to reproduce:
place a sign
attempt to add text
expected results:
the text shows up
notes: the data does seem to be added to the sign, as demonstrated in the attached video, and glow effect appears, albeit with no text in the outline. it also only appears if no other effects are applied, such as text color
