Description
Player heads do not show correctly in the snapshots, not even ones loaded in the saved hotbars (datafixerupper).
Steps to Reproduce:
Find a player head on https://minecraft-heads.com/custom-heads
give yourself a player head with 1.21.5 (latest) version option
Notice it is a malformed player head instead
Notes:
if the syntax has changed I did not see it in the changelogs anywhere.
It works on 1.21.5 but not in the new snapshots
