When breaking a block, the overlay that shows the progress doesn’t seem to be affected by the desaturation of the environmental fog. This was tested while it was raining, when the fog is the heaviest. It looks out of place compared to the rest of the blocks and particles surrounding the area. This was tested with no resource pack and the programmer art pack.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Set the weather to rainy, where environmental fog is the heaviest
Mine any block and watch the overlay
Expected Result: The block breaking overlay will be desaturated by the environmental fog
Actual Result: The overlay isn’t desaturated and appears out of place
