You can phase through blocks or get stuck if you use an ender pearl to teleport into the block. For it to be replicated, you need to use a block that is smaller than the normal size of a block, so half block not slabs but blocks like chests, cacti, and ender chests. It could be an annoying bug for some people in the community. It also works for versions 1.18.1 to 1.21.5 and in newer snapshots too!
The bug won't affect many people, but it might cause more bugs to appear, plus it's kind of annoying.
You can do this in any dimension, any biome, and at any time. All you need is 1 ender pearl and, let's say, 3 cacti. Then you place the 3 cacti on top of each other, and you pearl onto it at just the right angle.
