Damage tilt sometimes shows unrendered chunks

Summary

When taking damage from the wither the damage tilt received from taking damage can sometimes show unrendered chunks out of view.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon the wither

2. Have the wither damage you with a wither head projectile

3. Fly around and observe the damage tilt

Expected Result:

The damage tilt should not show unrendered chunks

Actual Result:

The damage tilt shows unrendered chunks!

Note: This might be related to MC-259212 because sometimes the damage tilt from withers doesn’t show unrendered chunks.
