I only got this to work when the goat is moving into its position before it lowers its head. When I punch the goat while it is lowering its head it does prioritize panicking. It might just be my game but I got it to work when the goat stares at you while it is walking to the front of you before it stops to lower its head. I got this to accidentally work on one of my vanilla survival worlds and then tested it in creative.
Probably just an issue with the touch controls. Tried other mobs a little but was really only when I held down in the corner and I kept spawning them. The camel is too big so I don’t see how I could spawn two but I’m not entirely sure.
It seem like its showing some blocks hitboxes especially the flowers. Some blocks like sand don’t appear to show any lines but some are very clear like stone. Dirt seemed to barely have lines. Still can’t figure out how to reliably reproduce the bug
I think I figured out how to reproduce this bug. It seems to only happen when a mouse and keyboard is connected too.
Connect a keyboard and mouse
Open chat from T or tapping the screen then the chat icon
Tap the chat box with your finger (Don’t tap the keyboard icon on the bottom left or the chat box with your mouse)
Then try to tap the shift key and it will kick you out
If you use your mouse to tap the chat box it seems to work, just only when you touch the chat with your finger it kicks you out. Most of the other buttons work besides the ones listed above and caps lock. When pressing tab it produces a weird symbol (ō).
I think this sounds like intended behavior. When given an item to hold allays cannot be directly harmed/punched by their owners.

I had a similar issue when I deleted chunks from the overworld and the nether using chunker and a portal did not spawn.
Can confirm, also doesn’t work for pressing t when opening chat.
Fixed in 1.19.60.25!

Can confirm, have had this same issue on ios with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard
This is not the place for feedback, that is feedback.minecraft.net but if you hold down on a mob you will “use” and tame the wolf or open the GUI
Might of had something similar in one of the old preview versions: MCPE-159475
This is not the place for feedback. Submit feedback on feedback.minecraft.net. Some fireworks damage you midair and some don’t.
Seed seems to work in latest preview and full release version
I can’t seem to get it to work on any of the newer previews so it seems to be gone for now.
I wasn’t sure exactly how to send it so I compressed it into a zip file.
[media]Can confirm, works on iOS too.

I’m using a iPad Pro on iPadOS 15.5
