Cape still not appearing after nearly 2 weeks

So on either the 12th or 13th of this month, essentially when the Common cape first released I hopped on bedrock that day to receive the cape. And I know others have submitted reports similar to this but its been nearly 2 weeks and it still hasn’t appeared on my Java account. Not in the Launcher, on the website where i can change my skin there, or in other launchers like modrinth. The Common Cape has only been appearing in my Bedrock dressing room. I’ve tried loading into my existing singleplayer world, making a new one, anything I could think of to properly load the cape to my account fully. And I know for a fact my accounts are link because I have the previous 3 Minecraft Movie capes on my java account from my bedrock account. Just wanted to report this because I haven’t seen or found any sort of solution to this issue.
