This issue started to appear after the simultaneous release of common cape, the pan cape, and founder's cape in Minecraft: Java Edition, and it has a significant impact. We request a fix and the synchronization of those capes that have not been synchronized.
The specific operation for this bug is as follows:
1 Clear all data of account A in the Bedrock Edition
2 Log in to the Bedrock Edition with an account B with the cape and confirm the cape
3. Log out of account B and log in to account A to check if the cape exists.
4 Log in to Minecraft: Java Edition with account A
5. Log out of the account in the Bedrock Edition to complete the operation.
This bug not only transfers the original account's capes to another account, but the transferred content can also include Minecoin coins and purchases from the Marketplace.

Capes syncing between both versions is currently disabled as there are a few issues with this. It will be enabled when these are resolved.
Thanks for the information greymagic, I’ve reached the support 2 days ago they don’t seem to know this.
Bonjour,
