Capes are not syncing between Bedrock and Java edition

I only have one account and have the same issue.

I’ve messaged support once again as 72h+ passed since they told me to try something, I’ve contacted them back I’ll tell the outcome

I don’t have any bedrock capes on java…

Proof I don’t have it

@[MOD] Greymagic27 This bug not only transfers the original account's capes to another account, but the transferred content can also include Minecoin coins and purchases from the Marketplace.

No further responses from Minecraft Support, they said they’ll investigate and replying to the ticket could make it take longer.. lol

The bot entered the person's name and replied to me in the same way, but the problem still occurs.

This bug triggers steadily even when switching accounts normally, and even though the problem has been fixed so far, there is still a big problem that hasn't been resolved.My second account was overwritten by a previously logged in account, and the cape and Minecoin in it are currently lost and unrecoverable, waiting for an official solution to this problem.

Je possède plusieurs capes sur Minecraft Bedrock (dont la cape Cerise du Mob Vote 2023, la cape du 15ème anniversaire, et d'autres obtenues via des événements) avant d'acheter la version Java donc j’aimerais savoir si ces capes seront-elles synchronisées rétroactivement sur Java maintenant que mon compte est lié ?
