problem with capes in Java Edition

I don't know if this happens to other people, but I'm posting it here because it affected not only my main account but also 2 more of my Minecraft accounts. Basically, for some reason, the capes DO NOT appear in the Java edition. Before April of this year, yes, for example, the Menace and Home capes did appear when I claimed them, but 3 weeks ago, I claimed a Twitch cape (2024) on one of my accounts, and it hasn't appeared in the Java edition to date. Later, and this is the one that bothered me the most, I bought a code for the Experience Cape which I redeemed on May 17th, and it still DOES NOT appear in the Java edition. I tried everything, logging out and back in, equipping it in Bedrock, everything, and nothing worked. And what made me post this here is that 1 hour ago, I tried to equip the Pan and Common capes on a different account, and they didn't appear in the Java edition... Please fix this!!
