i got the “common cape” on bedrock but still i cant find it anywhere in java. the players ive played with all have the cape including the “pan cape!” but i can’t even get the normal “common cape”. please try to help me asap.

i can't get the new added "common cape" which is obtained by logging in in bedrock edition. i got it on bedrock but it is nor appearing on minecraft launcher neither minecraft official website.
