minecraft bedrock edition similar cape glitch on two accounts.

i have two accounts, my first account has only the pancape and the other doesn’t, both don’t have the common cape which is very strange to me, i try to follow some tutorials on youtube but the don’t work, i have gone onto bedrock edition which i do see the common cape on, i have gone onto minecraft.net this is similar to the cape glitch but it is a little different than that one, i’d like some help with this,
