Title: Happy Ghost's Hitbox Blocks Player Movement

Description:
In Minecraft Java Edition, when a player walks forward while touching the Happy Ghost's body, they get stuck and cannot move. This bug has been present since the Happy Ghost was introduced in snapshot 25w15a. This doesn’t affect Bedrock edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make the Happy Ghost stay in one place (e.g., have a friend ride it).

2. Position the Happy Ghost close to the ground (or any position where the player can touch it).

3. Ensure the friend is standing (not sitting) on the Happy Ghost's head.

4. Attempt to walk forward while touching the Happy Ghost's body.

5. Result: The player cannot move forward.

Expected Behavior:
The player should be able to walk past the Happy Ghost normally without collision issues.
