[MC-298373] Enchantment table only works when bookshelves are exactly 1 block away

Enchantment tables can only be enhanced via bookshelves placed in a 5x5 square, and no bookshelves in a 3x3 square. additionally, blocks like torches cannot be placed in between the bookshelves and enchantment table.

This has been a thing since the release of enchantment tables. It is not a bug.

idk about you but mojang treated taking damage from 4 or more blocks up as opposed to 3 or more blocks up as a bug. soooo…
