The issue appears intermittent. Testing just now, loading the Nether dimension did take about thirty seconds. The world was not opened with a third-party tool.
Unmodded Minecraft with just a player skin modification.
Steps to reproduce
Go into a Nether portal.
Observed behavior
The new dimension will take up to thirty seconds to load.
Expected behavior
After the few seconds of portal warm-up, the new dimension would load in about another three seconds.
The Environment field is supposed to only contain PC details.
