I can’t reproduce this. Are you sure you’re not experiencing key jamming, a hardware issue? Try enabling the on-screen keyboard/keyboard viewer in your system settings and pressing down Left Shift, Space, W, A, Tab, etc. while playing Minecraft to see which combinations of keys actually get seen by the game. This report will be reopened when you report back with your findings.
